By downloading or using my products ("apps" or other software), these terms will automatically apply to you - you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the product. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the product, any part of the product, or our trademarks in any way without my express written consent. The product itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to me.
I grant permission to use my products for any purpose, including in the production of your own creations (e.g. reviews, streaming "Let's Play", and similar "fair use" situations) but reserve the right to revoke this permission if your use of my products, branding, or personal information is used to harass or mock myself or others or otherwise spread hateful messages or other messaging that I personally disagree with. I also revoke permission to use my products and refuse support for them if they have been obtained illegally.
I'm committed to ensuring that my products are as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, I reserve the right to make changes to the product or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. I will never charge you for the product or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.
I accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly or in part on the functionality of my products. While I have no knowledge of potentially harmful effects of my products on you or the device you use to access my products and would never willfully cause such effects, I am not responsible for any damage to you or your device that could potentially arise from the use of my products. My products are generally tested with publically available versions of device software, and will provide no support for devices that have been modified for any reason.
Certain functions of my products may require the product to have an active internet connection and may incur charges from your internet or mobile data provider. In using the product, you are accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the product outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the product, please be aware that I assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the product. I cannot take responsibility for the product not working at full functionality if you don't have an internet connection.
I may wish to update my products. These updates may change the system requirements for acceptable performance and I provide no guarantee that they will continue to work on your devices. I can not promise that I will always update my products so that they are relevant to you and/or work with the operating system version that you have installed on your device. I may also wish to stop providing the product, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless stated otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the product, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
I may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately upon posting.
