I kid you not. I added them to an Amazon order to bump the total high enough to get free shipping, and they sent them separately.

So yeah, being sick totally sucks and stuff.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been this sick. It sounds sort of wimpy now, because it was “only” a cold, but seriously, this was the bad MFer of colds. I just could not do a thing all day yesterday, because the previous night I had been waking up literally every hour, at least, so I was a total zombie.

What’s worse is I saw it coming, an unstoppable terminator of sickness. First it took down Amy, then as she was recovering it hit Sam, then as he recovered it took me.

What a bastard.

I’m posting this entry from Safari. Nothing interesting about that you might think, knowing that we do in fact have a Mac.

Except that I’m not using a real Mac, I’m using PearPC to emulate a Mac under WindowsXP.

I love emulation. I’m a dork.

I just wish I’d started messing around in this before painting the garage, because the results were far from satisfactory.
