You know you’ve been playing too much Super Mario Advance when you go get some Cadbury’s Mini-Eggs and think “ooh, Yoshi!”

My 1000th post could have been about something silly, like accidental rude bits in video games, or an embarrassing picture of David Hasselhoff. But it’s not.
For my 1000th post, I would like to welcome my beautiful wife into the Not In Our Twenties Anymore club. Like fine wine and expensive cheese, you’re getting better with age. Although luckily you don’t smell like cheese.

Busy again, but I did have time to discover that a release date has been set for the wonderful Azumanga Daioh, with a brand spanking new website to go with it.
Now accepting donations..

I like video games. I like puerile humor. I love The Accidental Video Game Porn Archive.

I went to install Spybot, and was offered these very special icons. I suspect they look quite like this one.

I have to say, I’m quite surprise things have reached this point between Viacom and Dish Network. I was unaware of any dispute until Viacom channels started running a crawl, “Echostar/Dish Network is threatening to take away the following channe-” and then I don’t know what, because every time Viacom ran it, Dish Network would put a big black bar over the crawl. Which is sort of funny, but also annoying.
Today, several Viacom channels are gone, including Nickelodeon, MTV, and Comedy Central. In their place is a looped message from the Dish CEO telling us to bitch at Viacom / MTV Networks and reminding us of other similar programming, such as Toon Disney and Fuse.
I wonder how long Sam can hold out before he misses Nick?
