In my lifetime, I’ve made - and continue to make on a daily basis - a lot of bad decisions. I’m happy to say that one decision was absolutely correct.

So I’ve been sick. I rarely get sick, so when I do, it really hits me. It’s even rarer that I’ll still be sick the next day, but that’s what it’s been like.

I hate being sick. Apart from the obvious ill feeling, I get angry and frustrated at not being in control - suddenly I can’t do what I had planned, and I can’t even enjoy the bit of downtime. And I barely slept. Then you have the recovery day or so when you just feel like crap, so my weekend is wrecked here. What makes it worse is that it had to be this weekend of all times, when I really need to do some work.

Oh yeah, Kaopectate sucks.
