d0h!

I guess I lost my debit card. That makes me feel dumb.

It’s not a massive problem I suppose - we reported it as lost today, and I’ll be getting a new one in about a week - but still.

It’d be awesome if it turned out Amy took it somewhere and lost it and it wasn’t my fault.

AWESOME.

full of cheer

Well, Merry Christmas!

The preparation for the holidays is my excuse for not posting for a while. That, and I’m lazy. Hope everyone had a good day, and for the materialistic, I hope you got a good haul. I know I did.

I think Animal Crossing is going to be my new obsession. What do you think, cha-chomp?

live long and prosper

The Rogue Nation of Plastic Death, situated in the heart of the coolpowers region, would like to extend a welcome to any other nations who might like to relocate there. The weather is fantastic, and the landscapes breathtaking.

What? Oh, Nation States.

refer

Current favorite search term that directed people to the site, culled from the referer logs:

“hang in there cat poster”

danny mills is fucking brilliant

Well let’s hope this is the start of a run. We need to fight to get out from the bottom, and a bit of luck. Gonna be a long winter.

indie revolution

It’s great to see that GarageGames is now up and running with games available for purchase. What’s amusing is that considering the Torque engine is basically set up to be an FPS engine, none of the initial games are FPS (which is a good thing!).

I’d love to have an extra 24 hours in a day to make use of my Torque license..

did I marry her or something?

Thanks to the internet, I am now connected with Nicole. You may wonder what connects me to a 22 year old woman from Puerto Rico, well I’ll have you know there was talk of us marrying.

Confused? Check this guestbook and scroll down. All will be revealed.

marching on together

I may as well stop posting about Leeds, it’s just too depressing. I’m expecting a clear out of the good players in January and some shit brought in to waste money.

On the upside, I’m sure ticket prices would be cheaper in the 1st Division.

they have to be shiny

I had beans on toast for the first time in literally years today. It’s funny, I was never a big fan of it growing up, but recently I’ve had a hankering for it - possibly because it’s not as easy as going to the store for a tin of Heinz beans anymore. You go to the supermarket here in the US and look at baked beans, and they’re all in molasses or done in brown sugar or whatever. Ugh.

But all is not lost for the ex-pat. Grab a can of Van Camp’s pork and beans and you’ll find what you’re looking for - baked beans in tomato sauce. And a tiny little piece of pork which you can discard if you wish.

IT’S REAL!

Oh. My. God.

I just discovered that dog dancing, the topic of tonight’s King of the Hill, is real. And amazingly popular in Germany, if Google’s search results are to be believed.
