The one person me and our Paul didn’t want. I kept quiet on this whole thing until it was sorted out, mainly because I didn’t want to look like an idiot by posting some opinionated piece and then having to backtrack, but I can say that of all the potential managers, Terry Venables is the one I least wanted.
But we’ll see, won’t we? I wasn’t impressed when Erikkson was appointed England manager, and I had to eat those words..

Only played about an hour of it, but Eternal Darkness is pretty groovy. It’s not exactly Silent Hill-style creepy, it’s more Poe and Lovecraft. Hell, it opens with a Poe quote.
To put it another way, it’s more “ancient evil is going to break free in the world!” than “wtf is that thing slithering around on the floor? argh!”

The new Winamp3 pre-release is more solid than the last one, and I do think the sound quality is better than WA2. The downside is that I’m going to have to do some work to get my little “tunage” plugin working in the new build so that “currently playing” line above will update again.
