Via kottke, who for some reason I always forget to read, but now that I’ve been reminded I shall add a link back to the reading list over there <----, comes an informative 12 step program for better code. It’s something that any organisation can do, and most importantly, like a good diet, it doesn’t try to completely change the way coders are already working.
