I should probably clarify that last part - I highly doubt rib tickler was used in the production of that (or any) movie, but I have been told that one of the guys working on Dinosaur had played around with my little application and thought it was “pretty cool”. Because anyone who likes Renderman likes anything to do with Renderman.

We went to see Dinosaur today. The plot wasn’t too soppy, though I’m sure I’m not spoiling it for anyone when I say things work out in the end. It was a bit weird at first to have these ultra-real dinosaurs talking, but the voice actors and animators did a great job of giving these creatures personality. It goes without saying that the effects are fantastic, which I shall egotistically claim is due to at least one Disney animator using rib tickler. How leet am I?

Yay, ‘Taker is back. Good news to be sure, but I wonder if these people will be happy about the new bad-ass biker gimmick?
